The BMW E30 320is is a special, limited-production variant of the E30 3 Series, developed for the Italian and Portuguese markets in the late 1980s and early 1990s. It was designed to circumvent high taxes on vehicles with engines larger than 2.0 liters in those countries. It features a de-stroked version of the S14 engine found in the E30 M3, producing around 192 horsepower.
